I am here to support you in experiencing a profound return to wholeness to your truest essence where all of these things are possible with grace and ease.

I have cultivated practical steps that will help you become a creator of your dream life and release any part of you that is living as a victim of circumstances and disempowering beliefs.
I will share insight, reflections, keys, tools and transmissions from my life as a mother, lover, medicine woman, community builder, entrepreneur, healer & life coach. I will draw upon my transformation jedi toolbelt and my studies with yoga, meditation, shamanism, magic, somatic therapy, dance, breath work, NLP, non-violent communication, permaculture, natural medicine, neuroscience and more.
I am committed to making your transformation fun and for even the most challenging things to be cleared with grace and ease.
I have personally overcome massive obstacles - mostly those created in my mind to be living a life I LOVE where I wake up each day with a heart filled with gratitude for the blessings all around me.

Do you have a feeling like something is missing and you just can’t put your finger on what that something is? Like you know there is more to life than what you are experiencing?
What I have found in working with hundreds of people over the years in my retreats and sessions is that no matter how successful, beautiful or talented they are, humans are dealing with the same limiting programs that are holding us back - not good enough - not worthy - feeling unlovable - feeling like there is something wrong with you - feeling like you are not doing it/getting it right.
Illuminating these “blindspots” that are often deep in the subconscious allows us to see how they are affecting how we act, relate and respond in all areas of our lives. Awareness is the first key to clearing these outdated ways of being/operating systems.

I will share tools that can become your foundation for living more regularly in the flow state, shifting your mindset and carrying deep peace with you into your daily life,
We will work in a traditional coaching format as well as incorporate special sessions of breathwork, somatic therapy, ceremony & ritual to create lasting transformation on the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental levels.
